Blue Smoke Barbecue started with a simple obsession: making the kind of brisket that stops you mid-bite. Founded in 2023, we're a Texas-style barbecue outfit built on patience, post oak, and a relentless pursuit of the perfect smoke ring.

Every cut is hand-selected, dry-rubbed, and tended on the pit for 12โ€“18 hours. No shortcuts, no gas, no compromises. Just fire, smoke, and time.

Whether we're pulling up to a competition or rolling out the food truck, the mission is the same โ€” real Texas barbecue, done right.
